When purchasing an Omex air filter system with the original Ford injectors the 8mm push on option is supplied with adapters so the fuel hose can be routed safely clear of any other components.
The standard package fuel rail has JIC6 threaded fuel hose fittings, this can be changed to 8mm push on or single end rail fittings.

Single end rail system
When do I need single end rail?
If you have no space restrictions then you should use the packages’ standard fitment of a through flow fuel rail. If however you have
any parts in your engine bay that come within 20mm of the end two manifold studs you will need to use a single end rail.
