To fit a lambda sensor you must have a suitable boss in the exhaust. All OEM exhausts and many aftermarket exhausts will have the boss already fitted. These bosses are a universal fitment and widely available. Positioning of the lambda sensor is important for longevity of the sensor. Advice on this is given in the “600 Installation Manual”.

The lambda sensor has to endure temperatures from below freezing at startup up to 800C during running so Omex always supply sensors from major OEM suppliers.
