The most common engine transplants replace the standard thermostat housing due to bulkhead clearance issues. Therefore a sensor with a common small thread is supplied in the package that you can drill and tap your aftermarket housing / water rail to suit. If your engine has a original water housing, Omex can supply a large thread sensor that screws into the original sensor hole.
