Why email first?

Starting the conversation on email gives us one place to keep a record of all our correspondence with you. When we then talk by telephone we will email to you the results of that conversation along with any additional information you need.

Many enquiries involve both you and Omex finding and sharing information. We help many customers every day and so cannot remember every detail from every conversation. The emails give us a reference for our conversations.

If the person you have been working with is away for a while, your enquiry / order can be picked-up by another member of staff ensuring continuity of service from us.
