Support for startup calibrations (maps) : support@omextechnology.com using the following
format;
Title
- ECU serial number and / or wiring harness serial number
Text
- Name
- Telephone number
- Where the unit was purchased from
- Date of purchase (approximate)
- Engine type
- Engine capacity (approximate)
- Expected power output
- Injector flowrate
- Coolant temperature sensor part number
- Air temperature sensor part number
- Crank sensor part number and trigger wheel pattern (only if not standard to the engine)
- MAP sensor part number (forced induction or NA “MAP for load” only)
- Maximum boost pressure (forced induction only)
- Any auxiliary features you will be using
- If a 710 ECU, your wiring schematic (i.e. which outputs and inputs are used for which
function)
Post-sales support, general : support@omextechnology.com using the following format;
Title
- ECU serial number and / or wiring harness serial number
- Dyno operators only. If you have a vehicle on the dyno and need urgent support, add
the word URGENT to the title.

- Was the unit previously working correctly or is this a fault on a new installation
Attachments
- ECU calibration should be included where appropriate
- If photographs are being sent, keep the number of images and the image resolution
to a minimum
- If video is being sent please upload to a cloud storage location and send us the
link. Do NOT send the video file directly.

but very easy to describe by a diagram.
